MR CHETAN THADESHWAR
Chairman & Managing DirectorChetan N Thadeshwar is the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since incorporation. He has over forty (40) years of experience in the jewellery industry. He is a strategic leader in our Company and oversees functions such as identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of our Company. He is a Zonal Committee member of All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council. He is also a Joint Convener for Preferred Manufacturer of India (PMI 6).
MR VIRAJ THADESHWAR
Executive Director & Chief Executive OfficerViraj C Thadeshwar is the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since February 18, 2009. He has over fifteen (15) years of experience. He is actively involved in the business of our Company such as production and business expansion. He has played a pivotal role in formulating and executing our Company’s overall business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
MR BALRAJ THADESHWAR
Whole Time Director & Chief Operating OfficerBalraj C Thadeshwar is the Whole-time Director & Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since June 01, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies from University of Mumbai. He oversees various facets of day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business in our Company.

Non - Executive DirectorMamta C Thadeshwar is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She is a Director of our Company since incorporation. She oversees functions such strategic direction & oversight, board dynamics & effectiveness, committee involvement, leadership and mentorship in our Company.
Mr Radhamanalan P
Non- Executive Independent DirectorRadhamanalan is the Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since November 22, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Madras and master’s degree of science in software systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He has over thirty-seven (37) years of experience being a senior management professional in manufacturing and sourcing of jewellery, watches and automobiles. He was associated with Titan Company Limited for thirty-four (34) years. He serves as an Independent Director on the Board of M/s Sunil Gold India Limited.
Mr Nitesh Kothari
Non-Executive Independent DirectorNitesh Mahendra Kothari is the Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since November 22, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a practicing chartered accountant. He has over eighteen (18) years of diverse experience in Indirect Taxation, primarily focusing on GST and Income Tax. He has advised on statutory audits, RERA advisory, taxation matters, corporate governance, financial oversight, and compliance. He currently serves as the President of the JCAF Mira-Bhayander Chapter and previously served as the Chairman of the Vasai Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Dr Ruchika Agarwal
Non- Executive Independent DirectorDr. Ruchika Agarwal is the Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. She is a Director of our Company since December 20, 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science (Computer) from University of Delhi, master’s degree in arts (Economics) from University of Mumbai and a Doctor of Philosophy (Commerce and Management) from University of Mumbai. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Business Management (Finance) form N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research. She has over fifteen (15) years of professional experience as a business analyst, executive analyst, business consultant and a professor. She has been associated with CRISIL, Linkus Infratech Private Limited, Evalueserve, Chetana Institute of Management and Research, N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research and NMIMS. She is currently holding the position of Associate Dean at NMIMS Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management, Mumbai.
Adv Anil Kumar Marlecha

Anilkumar Mohanraj Marlecha is the Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Director of our Company since November 22, 2024. He has obtained certificate of practice from Bar Council of India and also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. He has about Twelve (12) years of experience in legal practice. He is also independent director on the Board of:-
(a) Heranba Industries Limited
(b) Mizzen Ventures Ltd. (Formerly known as Jyoti Infra Ventures) and
(c) Heranba Organics Pvt. Ltd.
Along with the above he also dedicates time to education and community service. As a Panel Member (IQAC) at D.Y. Patil University – School of Law, Navi Mumbai & L.R. Tiwari College of Law, Mira Bhayandar, Thane. And he also contributes to strengthening academic standards and shaping the next generation. As a Life Member in Managing Committee of; Shri Bhayandar Kelvani Mandal (JH Poddar High School & Junior Degree College). And support community institutions by offering voluntary legal aid and facilitating amicable dispute resolution.

Chief Financial OfficerHe is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He has more than eleven (11) years of experience in the field of finance and accounts direct & indirect tax

Company Secretary and Compliance OfficerHe is the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. He has over four (4) years of experience. Previously, he has worked with National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

General ManagerHe holds a BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree and has been associated with us for more than two decades. He has been supporting the company in overall management, including but not limited to procurement, sales, marketing, production, and inventory management.

Inventory HeadWith 3 decades of experience, including more than two decades at Shringar, he plays a pivotal role in supporting the company across various fields, with a primary focus on inventory management and sales.

Boasting over 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry, he has consistently excelled in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional client value. In addition, he has held sales and management roles across diverse industries, including eyewear, engineering, architecture, and live media.
Mr. Hemanshu Pandya
Head ProcurementHe brings over two decades of expertise in jewellery manufacturing, design, and quality control. Associated with the Shringar House of Mangalsutra since 2007, he has been an integral part of our journey for nearly two decades.
Mr. Hitesh Khandelwal
Vice President Sales and MarketingHitesh Khandelwal is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business development, b2b marketing, online trade and building customer relationships in the gem and jewellery industry. With over two decades of experience in the jewellery industry, he has excelled in roles ranging from brand building and client management to international trade show participation and strategic marketing.
