He has over 4 Decades of experience in the manufacturing and trading in mangalsutra sector. He is a strategic leader in our Company and oversees functions such as identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of our Company.
MR VIRAJ THADESHWAR
Executive Director & Chief Executive OfficerMr. Viraj Chetan Thadeshwar has been associated as a Director of our Company since February 18, 2009. He is actively involved in the business of our Company such as production and business expansion. He has played a pivotal role in formulating and executing our Company’s overall business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
MR BALRAJ THADESHWAR
Whole Time Director & Chief Operating OfficerMr. Balraj Chetan Thadeshwar is a Director of our Company since June 01, 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies from University of Mumbai. He oversees various facets of day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and handles business relations with key customers of our Company.

Non - Executive DirectorOver 2 decades of experience in Jewellery field She holds a senior leadership position in the company, overseeing various aspects of the business, including design & marketing. She undertakes further responsibilities which includes Design and Product Development, Marketing and Branding, Quality Control and Sourcing, Customer Experience.
Mr Radhamanalan P
Independent DirectorHe is a senior management professional with over three decades of experience in manufacturing and sourcing across the jewelry, watch, and automobile industries. He spent over three decades with Titan Company Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and a master's degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
Mr Nitesh Kothari
Independent DirectorHe has two decades of diverse experience in Indirect Taxation, with a primary focus on GST and Income Tax. He has consistently provided advisory and audit services across industries, specializing in statutory audits, RERA advisory, taxation, corporate governance, financial oversight, and compliance. He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA).
Dr Ruchika Agarwal
Independent DirectorWith over a decade of teaching experience in finance and economics, Dr. Agarwal has also worked with Evalueserve and CRISIL in equity research and credit ratings. She has consulted for an EdTech firm in product development and business marketing and served as a financial consultant for an FMCG distributorship firm. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Mumbai University. She also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance), receiving a gold medal for her outstanding academic performance. Additionally, she has completed certifications in Data Science from HarvardX.

Boasting over 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry, he has consistently excelled in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional client value. In addition, he has held sales and management roles across diverse industries, including eyewear, engineering, architecture, and live media.

Head ProcurementHe brings over two decades of expertise in jewellery manufacturing, design, and quality control. Associated with the Shringar House of Mangalsutra since 2007, he has been an integral part of our journey for nearly two decades.

Vice President Sales and MarketingHitesh Khandelwal is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business development, b2b marketing, online trade and building customer relationships in the gem and jewellery industry. With over two decades of experience in the jewellery industry, he has excelled in roles ranging from brand building and client management to international trade show participation and strategic marketing.
